My PepeShop deposit hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If the transaction shows as confirmed but your PepeShop balance hasn't updated, refresh your dashboard page. Bitcoin deposits can take up to 30 minutes during peak network times. Litecoin typically takes 2-5 minutes and USDT TRC20 takes 1-3 minutes. If the deposit still doesn't appear after 30 minutes with confirmed status, try logging out and back in, or access PepeShop from a different mirror.

I forgot my PepeShop password. How do I reset it?

PepeShop uses a privacy-focused system with no email or phone linked to accounts. This means there is no automated password reset. The "server is busy" message appears during periods of high traffic or temporary server load. Wait 30 seconds and try your action again. If the issue persists, try accessing PepeShop from a different mirror. All 4 mirrors may handle load differently, so one may be faster than the others at any given time.
